Anti-Harassment Policy

Darkwood Nights is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form at our events or official online venues.

Any member, staff or guest asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, Darkwood Nights may take any action as delineated in the infraction policy up to expulsion from the event with no refund.

We expect participants to follow these rules and will enforce them at all Darkwood Nights LARP events and on our official social media.

If you are the target of violence, discrimination or harassment by a member, staff or guest of an event please speak to the Program Manager, a Head of Staff as soon as possible. If the incident is of a criminal nature, ensure that you also report it to the police.

All complaints will be heard and investigated with as much sensitivity and care as possible. Darkwood Nights is intended to be a welcoming place for all so it is our hope that no one will ever feel as though they cannot speak to one of the representatives listed.
